2. Guests may select between delivery and pick-up services. Kindly note that delivery is available only at selected F&B outlets.

3. Delivery services are available exclusively within the Arkadia Green Park complex.

4. Guests are kindly requested to ensure that all order details — including selected items, name, contact number, pick-up time, and/or delivery location — are accurate and complete.

5. Pick-up and delivery timings are subject to the respective F&B outlet’s operating hours and availability.

6. Payments are to be completed using the methods specified by each respective F&B outlet.

7. De Entrance and Arkadia Green Park Management disclaim any responsibility for fraud, misconduct, or unauthorized actions carried out by any F&B outlet and/or its personnel.

8. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including those established by the respective F&B outlets.
